Simposio de Derecho Real de Conservación, del Derecho a la Practica

La Fundación FORECOS junto a ASÍ Conserva Chile, y la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Austral de Chile  organizan Simposio de Derecho Real de Conservación, del Derecho a la Practica, el cual se realizará éste viernes 1 de diciembre de 2017, en la  Universidad Austral de Chile (UACh).

El objetivo general del simposio es convocar a iniciativas de conservación privada, instituciones públicas y público general para informar sobre el funcionamiento de la ley de Derecho Real de Conservación (DRC) y potenciar las relaciones de colaboración entre los asistentes.  Además este simposio pretende

  • Difundir información general sobre el DRC mediante expositores que dominen distintas aristas sobre el tema.
  • Compartir experiencias específicas ya vividas en torno al DRC u otras formas de protección legal equivalentes, mediante la exposición de estudios de caso.
  • Generar una instancia de intercambio de información y contactos entre los asistentes, para fomentar la colaboración.

En el Simposio el Derecho Real de Conservación será  presentado y discutido por los siguientes especialistas :

Además Fernanda Romero de ASÍ Conserva Chile realizará un homenaje a Elisa Corcuera una de las impulsoras de ésta ley y de Asociación de Áreas Protegidas Privadas y de Pueblos Originarios ASÍ Conserva Chile.
