Fundación Forecos nuevamente forma parte del Consejo Consultivo Regional del Medio Ambiente

Representada por Inao Vásquez, Coordinador del Landtrust Forecos, la Fundación Centro de los Bosques Nativos nuevamente se hace parte del Consejo por el Periodo 2016-2017.

PEl Consejo Consultivo Regional de Medio Ambiente es una entidad de participación ciudadana que tiene como principal objetivo “El pronunciarse sobre los instrumentos o materias que sean puestas a su consideración, fortaleciendo la calidad técnica de los mismos y dejando constancias de las distintas visiones existentes” (Ley 20.417).

Éste consejo busca incorporar los diferente actores de la comunidad y de esta forma se constituye con: dos representantes científicos (representantes de Universidades del Consejo de Rectores de las Universidades Chilenas); dos representantes de organizaciones no gubernamentales sin fines de lucro; dos representantes del empresariado; dos representantes de los trabajadores; y un representante del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente (SEREMI de Medio Ambiente).

La primera sesión de éste año se llevó acabo el día 16 de marzo donde se introdujo a los miembros del Consejo el cual queda representado por:

  • Mauricio Soto, Universidad Austral de Chile.
  • Stella Januario, Universidad San Sebastián Sede Valdivia
  • Carolina Carrillo, Agrupación Parque Urbano y Deportivo Catrico
  • Inao Vásquez, Fundación Centro de los Bosques Nativos Forecos
  • Jorge Salazar, Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Valdivia A.G.
  • Nancy Silva, ANEF Región de los Ríos
  • Carlos Mancilla, CUT Provincial Valdivia
  • Carla Peña, Seremi de Medio Ambiente de la Región de los Ríos
